Who wants to tour South America with my Honda 125?

In a few weeks time I will sell my perfect Honda Storm in Peru (in the area of Cusco )(here it is: Steven, photos - Hyves.net - Always in touch with your friends ).
I bought it new in Buenos Aires for 1300 euro. It has travelled 15000 km without any problems (only had to change the front wheelbearings and chain). You can buy my bike (including bags, tools and helmet) for 800 euro. I am going to miss it though... :-(

Go for it!

Steven

That´s cool 125!!!

Hi, great to hear your story!

I was in Peru a couple of weeks ago and I thought to do the same - travelling by 125 cc!!!

Sorry, but now I am back in Germany organizing the 1st Horizons Unlimited Meeting over here - are you interested in coming to the Meeting? Please send me a personal message, would be great to hear your story!

I hope somebody buys your bike, I have some friends in Lima.....maybe they would like it.....

There was a very good guest house"la casa de la abuela" I think it was in Huancayo, the owner knows a lot of people, maybe he can help you.

Good Luck! Maybe I see you in Germany, 22.5. 25.5.08

HEY!!! Still selling your bike?!

I'm getting ready for a trip to Peru. I'd like to talk to you about your bike. I'm in Panama but heading to Peru soon. You can reach me at timjtharvey [at] yahoo.ca...

I think your bike looks sweet and definitely want to talk to you about it! Hopefully we can work it out. My friend I'm biking with is already in Peru and maybe she'll take it off your hands on my behalf, as I won't be there until around May 7.

- Tim

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
