shipping from Brazil to Europe
 

Has anyone got any recent good experience shipping (not flying) back to Europe from Brazil? There is not much in the shipping forum.

Any contact companies would be useful.

in 2002 a dutch mate shipped a toyota back from braz to holland (or antwerp?) with grimaldi or similar. seemed easy, but he did speak portugese.

having enquired myself in 2001 i would have to say it's muy complicado, and mucho bullshito and dosho to ship via container or air from brazil. buenos aires seems the departure point most choose.

I shipped my GS1150 from Rio to Cyprus in November 2003. I used ECU LINE telepnone 212 2031810. I paid for the whole thing papers-crate around 850 USD. Fabio who handled things was very friendly but unfortunately does not speak english. There is a girl there that I spoked once on the phone. If I remember well her name is Monica.
