Roadblocks in south Colombia

Hello fellas.
I received the information that there are roadblocks in south Colombia making it difficult to cross from Colombia to Ecuador. Here is some information and a handy map where the blockades are supposed to be:

Did anyone cross these points recently? Is it possible to pass with a motorbike?
