Renting a 250cc in Buenos Aires

I am trying to find where I could rent a 250cc motorcycle in Buenos Aires over the December / January period. I have only been able to find one company that does this so far - surely there must be more out there somewhere!

Does anyone know of another place or has a friend who would like to rent theirs??

Hi mate
I am not a company for rent motorbike. Only a fellow rider and can help you. Mine is a Honda Nighthawk 250 and went all over South America but she is in bad condition (some the owner). I have many friends with 250cc bikes. If you don´t find companys write me and I will move for you. Wellcome to Argentina...
I am from Junin, 250 Km west from Buenos Aires.
(I think my English is not very well. Are you understanding?)

I travelled with Raul from Argentina to Venezuela and can confirm that his bike is an antique...but...on mud, it was doing better than my XTE, since its weightcenter is way lower.

After all, this might be the solution to avoid stupid rental prices and stupid port taxes...direct contact between argentines and foreigners!

The only problem then is...trust, on both part.

I can testify that Raul is 200% trustable, of excellent advice, and, as many argentines, quickly finds solutions to all problems.

Nos vemos pronto, Raulito. Cuando me invitas a un asado con toda la familia?

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
