Sounds kinda expensive but the place is awesome and the food is homemade from their organic garden and they have their own animals for meet production....Mettwurst!!

Encarnacion Hotel:

Big ups for Paraguay. I lived there for 2.5 years, so if you would like any recommendations, I might have a few.

Some places I found particularly nice:
-El Quincho, near Chololo. Ask to stay down at the ravine.
-Camping near Salta Monday if you plan to go to Ciudad del Este. Also a great place to get cheap Pirelli tires or anything really. Beware of counterfeits.
-Camping at Ybycui National Park.
-If you want a real adventure, try getting to Lago Ypoa.
-San Bernadino is kinda nice.
-Colonia Independencia to Villarica backroads was surreal.

Say "mba'echapa" to people and they will go wild.
