Question motorcycle insurance near Bogota airport

Hi, I will receive my motorcycle at Bogota airport tomorrow, at Girag office, but I need an insurance for my motorcycle.
Does anybody knows an address near the airport or Bogota city center to buy an insurance?

Just ask at any ensurance company for a SOAT ensurance, though they will probably be closed on sunday. I got mine a few weeks ago in Cartagena. If they don't sell it to foreigners they can tell you who does. See that you only get ensurance for the time you need, don't get talked in to getting one for a full year. For a month it will cost you around $ 25.
Good luck and enjoy Colombia!

Cheers,
Robensurance

I took one for 3 months, I was told it would be complicated to get one for one month
I payed 80.000 Colombian pesos.
I took public transport to get there from yhe center.
I stayed in hotel Dann centro in the center, I got a special price for it via the internet>Good hotel in the center of town.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
