Colombia bike Rental or Purchase . . .help.
Planning to go to Colombia in Feb however I'm having trouble finding info on either rentals or purchasing. Looking for 250 dual sport but not too picky. If anyone has any info on rental pricing and/or whether it is possible to purchase, it would be very much appreciated.

Motos Colombia
We have been riding in Colombia for the past week and the riding is everything one could ask for. Tight twisty roads in good condition by
Latin American standards, climbing from one river valley across the mountains and dropping into another valley, again and again. The people are great and there is ample accomodation. We are riding our bike from the US to Argentina, so I have no first hand experience with rentals, but I did spend quite a bit of time at the KTM dealer in Bogota and they said they would rent a bike for me to race in a Colombian ralley next year. Check them out at ktmcolombia. They were very helpful or you could could email Andres by looking him up on advrider.com his user name is also ktmcolombia and he is very knowledgable about the moto scene in Colombia. Good luck GO!!!!!!! MAXVERT |
