Crossed the border from Peru to Chile on the 1 at Concordia / Arica.

Peru:
Straight forward, fill out some papers for imigiration and bike export.
No copies required.
Total time 20 minutes.
Total costs: 0

Chile:
Imigration: Straight forward
Bike import: needed the papers (carbon copies) from Peru, needed to bring all the luggage to the X-Ray machine - had to fill out lots of papers
Total time: ~1 hr
Total costs: 0

All in all easy and friendly border crossing.
No copies - no costs.
