Bed in Bogota

My new bed for my flat in Bogota arrived today, so I've got a spare. If anyone with enough sane posts to inspire confidence wants to kip on the old one for a couple of days, then it's yours. I live in the North, so it isn't an alternative to experiencing the charms of the old colonial area, but I have secure basement parking for your bike, telly, internet and washing machine. If you are just arriving in Colombia, then I can help with your orientation too. Suerte.

Congratulations on your move back to Bogota, Mickey. I'll be back in BA in the next couple of months, so hopefully I'll see you out there, somewhere? The BA unDakar sounds like an ideal excuse for a drink and dusty spin, no?

Suerte, Dan

Oi Oi, Danny boy!

At first I thought it was just a case of posting whilst drunk, but now I'm catching your drift. The "Dakar" is coming to the Pampas - wow! This is the excuse that I needed to complete that lap of IberoAmerica. In what capacity are you returning to BsAs - professional or hedonistic?

Drink & Dust? Got my name written all over it.

Posting while drunk? How very dare you!

Nope, sober (ish) and genuinely pleased that you've got back there. I've just picked up the new bike (G650X Challenge - love it), and I'll be shipping to BA in the next couple of months. This time it's permanent, so both kinds - work and life.

Have a think about unDakar chasing. Northern Camp Followers love dirty pampas...

Suerte, Dan

Sounds pretty good- the bed story. Anyway I show up in Bogota end of January but without a bike. Trying to buy one there or in Medellin. I am sure you can tell me a lot of stuff I don´t know yet. Let´s have at least a couple of s.
