Of course he is.

He is riding an older model small BMW, modestly equipped to do the job, doing it himself without apparent support vehicles, helpers, etc.

Now if he had new mega large R1200 GS, enough aluminum pannier space to store provisions for a year, two support trucks and about 15 other riders he would be from ADRider

His vids are actually fun, and easy going and he seems to travel with a very good attitude. Bookmarked to watch on rainy Sunday afternoons....

Just stumbles across this thread, and I can own up to being the fella on the bike in that video. I am indeed a hubber but I try to contribute useful information that I've been unable to find on this fantastic site. I'm back on the road in North Argentina heading towards Paraguay and Brazil.

I'm glad some of you have found and enjoyed my video reports form the road.

Great Videos!

One nit to pick:

In episode 12 you state Che Guevara was executed by a CIA agent. This is not the case.

The CIA agent on scene was Cuban Exile Felix Rodriguez and he had instructions to bring Che back to the US alive.

The Bolivian President insisted upon Che's death and he was executed by Mario Teran, a sergeant in the Bolivian Army.

Took the same bridge on my XT600, I nearly lost it when the bridge started swinging, madness. Might have **** myself only the bike seat was holding it all in. Great fun but if I do it again I'll take a different approach.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
