Advice on buying in Paraguay
 

Hey all. My girlfriend and i are currently in Buenos Aires and looking into buying bikes to travel the west coast up. We do not have motorbike licenses only car. We've read in previous threads that if you buy bikes in paraguay you will be able to cross all borders and given a paragauyan license. Can anyone clarify this or have any words of wisdom????
