Hey,

katharina House on the brazil side was good. clean, cheap with a bar and restaurant and great parking down the side of the hostel.

If you go say hello to cley for me! She'll remember me. My bike fell on her!

The Brazil side HI hostel worked well for me: food, drink, conversation, pool, football pitch, hummingbird feeders....The parking was not exactly fully secure, but I asked and was granted permission to pull my bike around through the camping area and stashed it fairly well. Didn't seem to be any significant crime out there.

The hostel I looked at on the Argentine side made the very luxurious Brazilian one look austere.

I surprised myself by enjoying the dam tour and the bird sanctuary. There are also small waterfalls to walk to, ponds to swim in, and hangovers to nurse.

Hope you're having fun, Mike. Working for a living's not all it's cracked up to be.

Yeah we stayed in the same HI Hostel. Felt pretty safe storing our bike there as well. It had a pool, came with breakfast and we could camp. Ticked all our boxes.

Plus for 30R they took you on a tour to the Argentinian side which was good for us so we didn`t have to drive there and back

Thanks Guys, HI places either side of the border, what more could a discerning traveller ask for. Hi Mark, I'll have to google 'work' to find out what it means, my selective memory kicks in sometimes but I'm sure you will hack it whatever it is and be back on the road sooner rather than later. Ride safe.

Acomodation in Iguazu

Hey guys,

As I live in Iguazu, and I´m bike traveller also, I noticed there´s not a place for us, what´s a shame because we´ve hundreds of bikers passing here everyday. So I decided to turn a place that I´ve got empty with rooms, swimming pool, very safe and a lot of space into a kind of refugee, where you park your bike, sleep and work on it without any problems, we´ve been helping a lot of people for some time and more important exchanging experiences and making friends, if you´re in town just give me a shall for at least a bier or if you need any help ok.

Cheers
