Visas for Niger in Rabat
When you apply for a Niger Visa in Rabat, do you have to give a definite date of when you will be entering the country or does the Visa become valid when you enter the countries border ?

I think a date helps/is asked for but once you have the visa they will let you in, certainly after that date
