Track Douentza-Tomboctou in august
 

As object... does anyone driven it during summer?
Is it doable (I know it's one of the worste tracks in that region) or flood rains cover it?
Any other suggestions?

in winter it didnt look like it could be flooded - in lower parts it has sort of fords and dams. It had worst corrugations I have seen so far though!

Close to Douentza the piste crosses several flood areas. Thus, if the rainy season is heavy, it might be flooded. Nevertheless, there are dozens of trucks doing this piste every day, so you can expect help in case of trouble.

Agree with Kaspar: the most corrugated piste I've ever done!
