Thanks to the forum.

Just recently got back from Morroco & Spain. Did 7100 km in all kinds of conditions. From 40 Celcius in Merzouga, to -2 in the Atlas Mountains.

I rode asphalt, gravel, washboards and desert-sand and some snow.
Nothing failed. Not once.

The bike worked perfect, the mods was rigth on, and the equipment I choosed worked great. The whole trip was a great success!
What made the trip even better was the morocco'ns. Their hospitality and friendliness was far better than my expectations.

I would like to express my thanks to the this forum for very valuable advices.
Without some of theese advices I would have made many wrong decissions that could easily changed the trip from success to stress and fiasko.

The things I couldnt do with out:
For planning :
Chris Scott's 2 excellent books and this forum

For driving :
Footprint Guide, good tyres (TKC80),
a french dictionary and a Leatherman.

The only advice I didnt pay enough attention to was..... travel light.
I could have packed 50% less.....

Just started the mental preparation for a new trip. My dream is India, but I think it,l be another trip to Africa first.
Maybe deeper and further south.

Take care, drive carefully and see you on the road.
