Just out of interest, does anyone know of any Right Hand Drive vehicles that have been stolen in the Sahara, irrespective of marque?

Dont worry Sam, banditos in West Africa enjoy the motoring pleasures of right hand drive as much as left hand drive.

If they are stolen for smuggling then they cant be too choosy, if not for smuggling then they are usually stripped for parts.

A car is driving down road in West Africa when it rounds a corner and comes across a group of men who've blocked the road and are carrying guns. The biggest, scaries guy walks up to the now stationary car, leans in the window and says:

"Do you have air conditioning?"

I guess that's a 'No' then?
