Spain to Mali in US Registered vehicle
 

Hello:
I've been looking at the postings, and think I've got it. Because of the decrease in shipping costs (currently $1000), I'm thinking of shipping by 1990 240Volvo wagon from New York to Rotterdam, then driving to Bamako, and try to sell the vehicle for parts. Not trying to make a buck, just want to see if I'm missing anything that I need to do before hand.

As Dave says, straightforward BUT ...

I'm not sure how well a Volvo will go down in W.Africa, you could be paying someone to take it off your hands!!! Not seen too many/if any around!
