South Libya unrest
There has been violent clashes between Toubou and arab tribes near Sebha, including rocket and even aerial bombardment
Libye : le chef des Toubous dénonce un "nettoyage ethnique" au sud du pays | Jeuneafrique.com after earlier and still ongoing clashes around Kufra. Toubous now talking about secession.
