Looks nifty, worth a try. Or you can leave your nosh in my heat-sink Audi on a day like today. I tried it with some dough the other day, came back an hour later and had to eat my way into the loaf-filled interior with the help of 20 litres of Nutella.

That's awesome. Although, thinking about it, a sheet of glass might not be that practical to lug around. Maybe a bit of see-thru PVC?

In fact, if it is a dish that requires constant stirring - tie it down up on your roofrack for the last few hours driving each day. Works with my washing as well (not cooked).
