Permitions for Algeria...?
 

Hello!

Because of situation in Algeria last year, i cancelled my idea of cycling across TransSahara route last winter. Now i'm travelling in Asia, and thinking of doing Sahara next winter.
I went through last posts, and understand that it is still problematic area, but my question is what about papers. Is situation stil hopeless (restrictions, permitions, visa, checkpoints...) or is it virtally possible?
I appriciate any answer!

Hi davor,

actually you will need a guide for the whole transit via Algeria, well lets say to 99.%.

If cycling means by bicycle you better wait until the situation in the south improoves.
