I agree, I didn't sleep there, but we stop for eating there, it's true the guys are very friendly and the tajine kefta is good and the water is fresh.

I guess this is aimed principally at Tim, since he knows the route, but any advice welcome. Like I said before, the route Time suggested will basically be the one we follow. Is this mostly tarmac. Currently got Conti's on my V-strom, but think I'll need new ones before we go. I normally use Bridgstone BT020's (021's now I believe). Can I assume these will do the job nicely. No intention of doing any off-roading unless I need to, since Ive never tried it before, and we'll be 2-up.

Colin.

same route

will be doing the same route thereabouts colin. (why you called kingjeff if your name is colin?) but adding and subtracting a few bits. gonna be crossing to cueta though and following the back roads to azrou as i spend my life on motorways! can also wait and cross together if you like? i'm easy as i'm giving up my job here and going back to sunny wales! so there's no rush as you can imagine.
will pm you my new phone number when i get it on the28ish oct and then we can arrange a meet or maybe ride a few days together.
