Moro visa in Madrid

(Actually, a Moro is a chocolate bar in Kiwiland! I mean't Mori of course)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moro_(chocolate_bar)

I got one about 5 years ago - needed a letter from the NZ consulate as i wasn't resident in Spain.

Anybody heard that they will/won't still do them recently?

Keen to avoid a pointless 800km drive to Madrid (and also don't want to go via Rabat)

Got mine (Irish) at the border about 3 weeks ago, €20 or 300 Dirhams (€27) no problems.
