Michelin Desert Dealers

Hi Everybody,

I am in Mali and trying to get Michelin Desert tyres front and back fro my Tenere. Have tried all over Germany (on the net) but no luck. Does anyone have any idea where I may be able to get these in teh UK ? I will be in Europe in 2 weeks time and would be able to pick them up myself.

Regards,

Heye

Txs Chris, I have tried all over Germany, no success. Kevin from Bracken referred me to Wattling tyres (0208-6903366) and bingo. They'll ship them in a few days. Anyone need tyres, speak to Nick or Jon at Wattling.

Cheers,

Heye

Are you coming to Europe through Spain? I know a place in Almeria where you can pick em up after contacting Michelin Spain directly.
I don't have the phone numbers on me, but mail me direclty and I'll can give you more info. (I've put in on the HUBB some time ago but can't find it back)

If it would help you to get them in Belgium just let me know, I can arrange that they are waiting at my Honda Dealer when you come by.

PS: try the Michelin website based in France

www.michelin.fr

you can contact them via this link:

I got an answer of them within a couple of days with the info I needed. (needed a tire change in South Spain)

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
