Mauritania Visa at the border [UPDATE 6-nov-2009]
Recieved an email yesterday from Just in Mauritania:

Depuis aujourd'hui on ne délivre PLUS DE VISAS (même pour trois joirs) à la frontière, donc faites les chez vous ou au consulat Mauritanien à Rabat.
C'est sérieux, très grave mais on espère qu'il s'agit d'une mesure temporaire!
Since today no more visa is delivered at the mauritanian border. So do this in Paris, Brussels or even better in Rabat!
