You can get the visa at the border (+/-EUR 45). This is a little bit more expensive though than he visa issued at Casa (EUR 10).
If you bring a copy op the first 3 pages of your passport, 2 passport photo's and 100 MAD between 9.00 and 10.30 you 'll receive the visa at +/- 14.00 the same day. If you need multiple entry visa be sure that the visa for all of your party are multiple entry (met a married couple of which one had been issued a multiple and the other just a single entry visa) :-(.
BTW, during Ramadan the Moroccan borderpost with RIM closes at 16.00. Be sure to arrive there well in advance.
