Mali visa at the airport ?

I am about to fly to Bamako , where I left my motorcycle , the idea is to drive up to Yaounde via northern TChad lake route.

Well , I have just *now* thought that I will need a visa to re-enter Mali.
when travelling overland I don't give much thought to Visas at all . Its mhy experience that you can always buy a Visa at the border . Mali included , of course . but arriving without a Visa in an Airport is much more worriyngly.

Any ideas ? Is it really possible to get one in the Airport ?

Last year I flew out and back into Bamako. I checked before leaving if I could get a visa when arriving back at the airport (I only had a single entry visa). And spoke to the head customs guy at the airport, he said yeah you can.

I ended up getting one while back in the UK (via an agency), just because I could. On flying back in, there was a place to buy visa's though. This was last Feb.
