Yes it is possible to buy your Mali visa in Rabat,take Dihram to pay for it.I;m not sure of the address.If you want a visa for Mauritania you have to go to Casablanca,the Mauritanian Embassy in Rabat will not issue visas.

In March 2001 I got a Mali visa in Rabat. Your GPS coordinates for the embassy are the same as the ones I took at the time for the Mauritanian embassy about 20 metres away from the Mali one and my visa also cost 250DH.

hey guys,
just got mali visa in rabat two weeks ago, 250 DH and took about an hour, piece of cake, its right near the portugal embassy which there is a sign for, no sign for mali emabassy, didnt take co ordinates, sorry, safe travels |
