Looking for a lift - Nigeria/Niger to Morocco

I'm working in Nigeria, but in late January/early Februrary 2007, will be looking for a lift across the Sahara to Morocco, then possibly onto Europe. Public transport isn't looking too promising. Have some experience with 4WD desert driving.
