Kyocera satelite phones
 

Hi

Have recently bought a Kyocera SS-66K phone and am looking to add a data cable to the phone to connect to a lap top to e mail etc

The company stopped making the phones some time ago and no longer support the phone.

Do any of you guys out there know where i might be able to get a data cable or even make a data cable and what would be involved?

Hi Ashley,

I am looking at buying the same model and talked to the Iridium distributor here in the Netherlands who told that data transfer is not possible with the Kyocera. I think I even got it confirmed from someone else.

I guess it's not the advice you were looking for but it might save you some aggra searching for a cable you can't use...
