hiring photo plane in Western Sahara
 

Anyone know if it's possible to hire a plane for photo work in Western Sahara? There are airports marked on 953 at Laayoune and also Dakhla. Know how to go about finding out and making contact?

If they are operated by military you have no change. For ex. the airport at Er Rachidia is one like that.

I past the little airstrip of Zagora in april and saw some little single and twin engine planes there. Might be a start.

Same day I also came a cross a 'strangely deserted' very large airstrip West of Zagora, about 3 hours on a piste on a high plain. (between Zagora and Bleida) Euh... it was huge. The strip was about 4,8km long and wide enough to handle 747's. But it explained the sign 'No Entry' (the round red circle with white center) in the middle of no where!!! Quite funny sight.
