good markets for selling vehicle?
 

i'm driving a 1985 HJ60 thru tunisia, libya and niger next month, hoping to sell the vehicle at the end. i've heard from chris s that agadez is not a very good market right now for selling vehicles.

does anyone have any recent experience selling a vehicle in either agadez or elsewhere? any recommendations of a good market right now? we're somewhat flexible on where we will end our trip, depending on where the best place to sell our HJ60 is.

Mali may be another option in selling a car . There's a big market overthere , and they dont write any vehicle details into passport . As everywhere you must tell apart the actuall buyers (with cash , etc) from the web of intermediaries , commisioners , dealers wannabes , etc...

In Bamako I sold my car in minutes for a not too-bad price. I could have get a good price should I wasnt in too much hurry .

I can give you a contact (Tel number , email , etc.. ) of a fairly known car dealer in Bamako .
