Ghana-Moroc July2003
 

Planning to go back overland (from Africa to Europe) in july, after a few months working in Ghana! Heard from a few people that july is a bad moment to travel through the sahara (we want to do the atlantic route); roads are very bad 'cause of the rain and sometimes you have to wait for days/weeks to get transport. Does anyone know if that's true? How long does it take -more or less- to travel from Mauritania to Morocco?
We (me and my friend) don't have our own vehicle, so we want to go by public transport, has anyone any advice about that?
Any advice about this trip very welcome!

Don´t have any answers to your questions I´m afraid but what wondering if you can tell me what its like trying to get work down there. What kind of work is going if any? I´m english if that makes any difference.
