Festival in the Desert (Mali) / How to get there?
My partner and I are planning to travel by car -Merc 300TE- from London to Mali to attend the festival in the desert, explore the country and enjoy the trip. We will leave the car in Mopti and try to get to the festival in Essakane on 4x4. As we haven't been to Mali before we don't know what to expect. Has anyone done this befor that can give us some advice???
