Um abraço

nenhum problema, nenhum risco do expulsion...

BUT it would be good to put it in both anguages as best as possible - so that ALL can benefit from the information. We realise it can be difficult when English is not your first language, it's a second language for probably half of the people here. But English is the "lingua franca" - universal language - for most of us.

So no need to apologise - no one worries about it!

We have discussed having other language forums, but decided against it - too much information gets lost to most people. Use altavista translation - http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr if in doubt. And I am working on a glossary of English motorcycle terms that will help, and translations for some of it, which you can all contribute to soon!

Actually, I think all of us here on the forum would very much welcome posts that are made in other languages, if the person making the post is not sufficiently at ease with English to write it well in English.

It's usually a lot easier for us to read something in another language - either by machine translation or just from familiarity with the language - than it is for a poster to write a message in English, if they are not at ease with writing English.

So, my suggestion (subject, of course, to the wishes of the moderators) would be that we welcome posts made in another language as being much better than no posts at all. I think our community is big enough now that someone else can hop onto the thread and help translate if needed.

Até mais tarde,

Michael

Nelson:

I will be going to Libya in late May and June, if you give me your email address, I will send you some information after I have been there. I will be visiting Portugal in late June or July, perhaps we can even meet up after I return from Libya.

Michael

Suits me fine!

To recap: Try for English, if it's too hard, whatever you have will do!
