Distance between gas station on Atlantic Route?
 

Does anybody knows the distances in kilometers between the several service stations (filling station, cafes etc.) from Laayoune southbound to Guerguerat? Sorry, I cannot use GPS dates. As I will cycle it would be helpful to know where these stations are -for food+bev. supply and accomodation-.

For those, I'm sure :
- Boudjour, is about 200 kms from Laayoune
- I don't remember if there is one between Boudjour and Dkhla
- North of Dakhla, 300 kms south of Boudjour, at the jonction between the road to Dakhla and the one to Mauritania
- South to Mauritania, there are two gas stations more, one 100 kms south of Dakhla, and one 80 kms before the Mauritanian border. This one has also some rooms you can rent.

Hi !!! , I wouldnt worry too much about fuel range in the moroccan side . at worst is 200 kms (probabbbly much less) beetween stations . That can be done on a single jerrycan ,let alone on a fuel tank. After all is all good tar road.

However , Id worry a little bit more about the stretch beetween Nouaddiobou and Nouattchokk (Taxi /parc route ) .Depending on your route it may be from 300 to 500 kms , and some of them over pure sand dunes , with huge fuel consumption. To my surprise I ended up using more than 100 litres of fuel !!! , so I gloriously ran out of petrol in the middle of f%*&$%king nowhere, and had to buy petrol (mixed with oil ) from the fishing villages at a whooping 5 euros litre !!! .

The last fuel Station before Mauritania border is in Hotel Barbas (60/70 kms to Mauritania Border)... Be care with the possible of no Fuel in this Fuel Station...
