Hello,

We are interested to join a group for a desert travel into the Great Sand Sea, Gilf el Kebir and Uweinat, in the period of 15 Dec 2006 to 15 Jan 2007.

Do you know of other interested parties ?

Here are our prefered data for journeys. We are 2 persons.

Arrival from Belgium: between 15 - 19 Dec.
Departure for tour between: Wedn 15 - Tuesd 26 Dec
Tour for 15-17 days
Return from tour between: Thursday 4 Jan - Wedn 10 Jan.
Return to Belgium: 11 Jan
We are 2 persons. Though when a 26 Dec departure is organised, a 3rd person may join our group that day.

Contact Bedawiya Safaris in Farafra or on Talaat Harb in Cairo for probably the best guides at the most sensible prices, but they arent cheap.

If you can do it independently, do it, but youll need permissions and a military escort, otherwise it might get difficult.
