CFA/Euro Exchange Rate Fixed?
Anyone know if the rate is fixed as it was with the French Franc?

There are exactly 655.957 West African Francs to one Euro. It is a fixed exchange rate, which applies across the CFA zone. (I have even seen electronic calculators with a '655.957' button, in Mali)
