Campsite near Dakhla, Morocco
 

We were in Morocco about 4 years ago and stayed at a campsite 37 Km north of Dakhla run by 2 Belgians (from the Congo). It was about 2 km from the main road down a rough track, and over looked a large wadi with a small waterfall running into it. They had normal camping facilities, plus Tuareg tents and huts disguised as tents for hire.

Does anyone know if this site is still there, as we are planning a trip this March, and would like to stay there?

I suppose you mean 30 km north of Laayoun? Last august two Belgiums still had a campsite there.

there is still a camping called "Le Roi Bedouin"
