Burkina Faso back to Morocco
Dear fellow Saharan guru's,
A few questions and options to be considered. Can anyone give me some sound advice regarding the possibility of driving back with a Land Rover (Series 3 SWB)from Ougadougou back to Morocco and then onto Europe using the Transatlantic route or any other safe route. Or, would it be better to sell the vehicle (1982, series 3, SWB, Station wagon, 5 bearing, 2.25l, 80000 kms, original gear powered winch, superb condition, 1500 pounds worth of new parts such as carb, heavy duty springs, heavy duty rims, new gearbox, all newbearings, all seals, new Dunlop tires and so on...) whilst in Burkina Faso? How much could you realistically sell a Land Rover for in Burkina Faso. I intend to buy a Defender TD5 on my return to Europe and am considering flying back. Thanks for your time and any tips would be much appreciated.. Andy |
