Boat Genoa-Tunis
 

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know which is the easiest way to buy tickets in advance from the "Compagnie Tunisienne de Navigation" (CTN) ? This is the Tunisian company running the boats from Genoa, Italy to Tunis, Tunisia.

I have contacted there agents in Paris and they launched into a rather awkward procedure. Before I proceed I would like to know if anybody knowns of the "easiest" way to get hold of tickets IN ADVANCE. (The idea is not to have to find out that you actually cannot board the boat you intended to take!)

You can get them from Southern Ferries at 179 Picadilly, LONDON, W1V 9DB. Tel 0207-491-4968. Their phone line is very busy. If you can get to London, they on the fifth floor of the French Tourist Board office.
