bike rental in Mali?
 

Hi there,
at the end of this year I want to spend a month or so to explore Mali. I prefer to do this by motorbike since I have done this before and in my opinion the best way to see a country. Is there any kind of motor bike rental available in Mali. And if so, where and what do they charge? Are there any other things I should know before I considering motorbike rental (things like restrictions, unsafe etc)?

there is no formal bike rental as far as I know (as in most of Africa) - last time i tried I got a free driver.
There are plenty of Honda 'CG' 125s around - someone may rent you one but it will be expensive (and probabaly clapped out).
