Best time to visit Algeria?

Best time for Algeria?
November is my favourite month, the air is clear, the sky is blue and it is not too hot.
In December you can expect occasional rain which makes desert-driving difficult for a few days.
In January it can be cold, especially at nights. In February it can be colder and overcast, and in March the wind start whipping up sandstorms.
In April it begins to get too hot again.

Hotels are available in all larger towns and your guide (compulsory in Algeria) will know where they are. Expect nothing more than basic facilities; hot water is rare, flushing WC’s even more rare.
Towns in Algeria are very far apart, so suggest you take a sleeping bag and tent as a back up - Have a nice trip.

Hi,
unfortunately Erg Oriental, Erg Issaouane, Erg Tiffernine and the whole area between Amguid and Bordj Omar Driss is closed for tourism.
