Berliet No 22

I don't have my Michelins or even Chris' book here, but does someone have or know where on the internet can be found maps or, better, coordinates for the Berliet balises?
I searched the site and saw that Yves Rohmer planned a trip to restore some of them years ago - did he get around to it?
Here's no 22 from May 2009

I have this crude drawing but surely there must be a map of the Niger Balise line somewhere?
Perhaps with coordinates?

Can't see your pictures but Yves’ site puts it 6km west of Tiska.
More from Yves here

BALISE 22
N 23° 59.281’
E 9° 42.810’

General map here

Better fold-out maps in the 1962 book of the 2 missions?
Maybe it's the map below, but not all balises are shown.

Looks like 22 was the last one on the way back. An epic circuit assisted by helicopter navigation! Herds of addax and many other amazing finds in these archive vids:

Yes dear Yves Rohmer was quite surprised to have the same question from two people in one day.
"La simultanéité de vos messages était imprévue et amusante car peu de gens s'intéressent au Ténéré et aux Balises Berliet.
Pour ma part, cela fait longtemps que je m'y intéresse."
Here are the links he supplied:

Now we have a good thread for the Balises Berliet. If someone has anything to add, please do.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB.
