Do they have ice-creams in Tam at this time of year? I asked at Christmas and they said not until the summer. Too hot for me ... would have to stay inside all day! What are the flies like in summer?
Good luck getting to Djanet Richard |

hi guys, I'm back home now.
Sorry I didn't answer when in DZ. But yes they have ice-cereams. Plenty of it. I ate only once, dont remember price. Well there happened so many things and events that I could write a book, but there was some things now I must admit you guys were absolutelly right about. I.e from that discussion about the water. I also admit algeria is nothing like Moroco of Tunisia if it comes about tepmeratures. In summer in el-golea or in salah it is a true hell. But not in al Hoggar. Flies ? Something like mosquitos right ? I say they are very undecided if compared to those in Poland Finally I didn't reach Djanet. And I wasn't from Niger, so don't know about the border, I was just standing on the road out of Tam to the south. Soon maeybe I make some page about it.Bart |
