Algeria rebuffs Morocco's suggestion to reopen border
 

French TV is reporting that Morocco has made overtures in the last couple of days to Algeria suggesting normalisation of relations, including reopening the border. Algeria, however, wants the Western Sahara situation to be resolved first.

There's no way Algeria will meet its targets of 2.5m visitors by 2015 without the land borders being reopened.
