Hi Chris,
just received (2.11. morning) this info from a traveller in Illizi:
He wasn't able to go his route Hassi messaoud, BOD, In-Salah, because the
region of BOD (extent?) has been "blocked". Presumably he went to Illizi vis
Deb-Deb.
And in Illizi there is no Diesel actually, so he is imobilizised now...

More infos are actually not available.

It is unusual, but it happens.
