Where to buy your vehicle?
 

We are planning an overland trip. Destination not clear yet (south america, north america, asia?). Obviously it is easy to buy your vehicle in your homeland (Holland, done it before), but has anybody experience with buying a car abroad, eg south america, north america, middle east or asia? Which countries are doable (paperwork and costs vehicle)?
