Varna to Berlin
 

The winter commeth! And I will be at the port of Varna with two motorcycles and need to get them to Berlin as quick as possible. Does anyone know how to go about putting them on a train? Is it safe? Cheap? Reliable? Easy? Is flying them an option or should I just ride them? I'm just concerned about getting stuck in the alps as it will be late November.

Any help would be awesome guys.

Aside from the obvious difficulty involved in riding two motorbikes at the same time, I was going to tell you that there are Autozug services from Edirne in Turkey to Villach, then from Triest to Berlin. However I just checked and there are no departures at all at the end of november.
I'd suggest riding. It might be a miserably cold and wet, but depending on the weather conditions, and the gear you have, it should actually be doable, even if it means sticking to motorways. Winter usually hasn't completely set in completely by that time of year, and motorways are kept meticulously clear of snow all across the alps.

Otherwise just get to Trieste and leave the bikes in my garage, I'll ride one up in spring for you if you like.
