Garmin Adventure option in BaseCamp

done my fare share of gravel in Albania this summer, have a look at this link:
Albania Vermosh | Garmin Adventures
and this one as well:
Suc Mission to Rino camp | Garmin Adventures

now if you are using BaseCamp with the latest update, you will be able to up-and-download some exiting new option of Garmin...
This are actually "GPS-tracks" some one else or your self done in the past or looking out for... hmm ok not all Garmin units are able to make any use of this option, but the Montana type units are well integrated to work with it.

here the link from some Italian riders doing offroad in Albania:
http://adventures.garmin.com/by/sagr...-offroad-2012/

Well I can supply you with more of the Garmin Tracks and WP itself if needed, covering all the countries you are asking for, but they are to many to be able to attche them all in this post... PM me and I will send you the files in GPX.

Durres-Theth-Koman-Fierze-Kukes-Peshkopie-Pogradec-Gjirokaster-Berat-Elbasan-Tirane-Durres.

Thet: amazing place in the middle of the north Albania mountain. Very challenging dirty roads (all type of terrains) (80km)

Fierze Lake: take the ferry sailing in the deep canyon from Fierze to Kukes

Nice dirty road between Peshkopie and Pogradec

Challenging dirty road from Gjirokaster to Berat running on the mountain ridges with wonderful views

Do not miss to visit Gjirokaster

Have nice trip
Fabio

On your way down I can recommend Col de Tende and Mont Sacarrello and Mont Jafferau on the French Italian border. The latter I have still to write up.

In Croatia, have a look at Zeljava Airbase.

On wikiloc this guy has some good routes.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB.
