Definitely a great space saving device! We now have 2 kindles which together are still smaller than a book! We usually travel with them either in a top box or a tank bag. And if memory serves me correctly I'm sure that I read 4 and a bit books and Chris read 5 or 6... all within the battery power! Have only used them for fiction books though so can't comment on LP's or Magazine's!
